Danseakhwa’s Skin and Surface is a publication inspired by the materiality and gestures of the Danseakhwa art movement.

The book’s typography and layout draw from the movement’s exploration of surface, repetition, and restraint. As Danseakhwa questioned the nature of painting, this project mirrors that inquiry by examining the nature of book design itself—its rhythm, structure, and quiet physicality.
